Introduction
Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College was founded in 1908. The campus is situated in Tifton, Georgia, United States. Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College is a coeducational college specializing in agriculture. The college is a part of University System of Georgia. The Division of Agriculture and Forest Resources is the largest division in the college and nursing is the single largest program major. The college has a variety of sports teams, of which the men's tennis team is the strongest. The college has a reputed literary magazine called “The Pegasus”. The college has student strength of 3,665. The students are offered various facilities like bookstore, clubs & organizations, financial aids, library, computer labs, job placement etc.

Admission Procedures
The last day for applying for summer semester is May1, 2009 and for Fall Semester is August 1. The non refundable application fee is $20. The freshmen has to provide official high school transcript and GED score and all other past academic records. The students have to take placement test.
Accommodation facilities:
Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College offers excellent accommodation facilities for the students. The students are offered on campus housing in the ABAC Place apartments. Most of the apartments have four bedrooms, two bath completed with fully furnished kitchen and living area. The students are not allowed to keep their doors open like in a dormitory. All the housing facilities are managed by the Students Life and Housing Office. Recently, the ABAC lakeside housing complex is also added to the facilities. The ABAC lakeside housing complex can accommodate 489 freshmen. The rooms here are designed in a suite style.
